Answer to some more common questions
If the card is lost, first call the support number of the card division or the branch and inform the matter in advance so that the permission of the debit card of your account can be stopped. Next go to the branch and inform the matter in writing and apply for a new card.
Due to network problems or mechanical faults, it is often seen that money has been deducted from your account after punching the card but you have not received any money from the machine. If so, there is no reason to worry. Notice the time on your watch.
Now check on your mobile to see if there is any reversal message. If the auto reversal message comes then no more worries. And if the message does not come, then go to any branch of Sonali Bank or the relevant branch and inform the matter and fill the form with the required information in the ATM Dispute form and submit it to the branch.
The completed form will be sent to the head office immediately from the branch and the amount will be credited to your account within a maximum of 45 working days.
