Aryan's girlfriend wants special relief from the court

Munmun Dharmecha and Arbaaz Merchant were arrested along with Shah Rukh's son Aryan Khan. On October 26, they were granted bail on certain conditions. Among them, Arian's girlfriend Munmun objected to two conditions. News from Anandabazar.

He filed the petition in the Mumbai High Court on Monday (November 8). Munmun Dhamecha said in the application that the two conditions of his bail should be reconsidered and released.

These are: Permission to appear in the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) office in Delhi instead of Mumbai. Exemption on condition that the investigating officer is informed of the destination.

His lawyer Ali Kasif Khan filed the petition on behalf of Munmun. However, the Bombay High Court has not yet commented on the matter. Arian's girlfriend Munmun wants a change on bail.

Munmun said in the application, his home is outside Mumbai. He is a resident of Madhya Pradesh. He also works in Delhi. He has to travel to Madhya Pradesh, Mumbai and Delhi to meet the two conditions. So he wants a waiver from the High Court on two issues.

Earlier, on October 26, Munmun was granted bail on certain conditions. The condition was to report to the NCB's Mumbai office every Friday from 11 am to 2 pm. The other is that one cannot leave Mumbai without informing the investigating officer. And even if you go, you have to inform the destination in advance.

Arabian Merchant, Munmun Dharmecha, Ishmit Singh, Mohawk Jaiswal, Vikram Chhokar and Gromit Chopra were arrested along with Aryan in the drug case on October 3.
